Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow (1 position) and Senior Research Fellow (1 position) on a purely contract basis in a Ministry of Earth Sciences funded project entitled
Establishment of Earth Sciences and Man Power Development.
1. Qualifications for JRF
First Class M. Sc. in Earth Sciences/Marine Geology/Applied Geology/ Oceanography
2. Qualifications for SRF
First Class M. Sc. in Marine Geology/Applied Geology/Oceanography, with two years of research experience.
3. Desirable/Additional Qualifications:
Experience/knowledge in Isotope geochemistry, paleo-climate modeling/ coastal oceanography and coastal dynamics etc.
Fellowship Amount/Salary:
HRA may be provided, if eligible, as per the University rules.
Appointment will be for a period of one year or till the end of the project, whichever is earlier.
