Central Power Research Institute is a Centre for applied Research in Electrical Power Engineering assisting the Utilities in technical evaluation and quality assurance. The Institute requires personnel for the following position purely on temporary basis for a period of Two years (extendable):

  1. Requirement M.Tech/Ph.D in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (below 30 yrs of age for M.Tech candidates and below 35 yrs of age for Ph.D candidates)

  2. Experience Preferable with experience in the area of solid fuel combustion/gasification, reactor design with good knowledge in respect of heat & mass transfer and fluid dynamics.

  3. Emoluments Rs. 25,000/-per month (Consolidated)

  4. Tenure Two years and extendable for another year based on their performance

    5. Last date for submission of 05.05.2014 application form
