WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Director, ICAR-Directorate of Floricultural Research, College of Agriculture Campus, Shivajinagar, Pune 411 005 intends to engage 05 (Five) Young Professional- II purely on contractual basis to at ICAR-DFR, College of Agriculture Campus, Shivajinagar, Pune. The details are as under:

Young Professional-II : The number of persons to be engaged as Young Professional- II are tentative which may increase or decrease depending upon the requirement of the institute.

Job profile:

1. To carry out research and developmental works at ICAR-DFR, Pune as per guidelines from Scientists.

2. To assist the scientists in execution of planned works, research experiments and in monitoring the work of contractual manpower/labor.

3. To conduct survey thought out country, collect laboratory bioassay, to layout field experiments, collection analysis and interpretation of data, documentation correspondence, report writing etc.

4. To do any job assigned by the Director/ concerned scientist from time to time.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The engagement is purely temporary/ on contractual engagement / non regular nature / time bound and co-terminus with the project. The candidate shall not claim for regular appointment against any regular post at this Directorate or ICAR on termination of the project.

2. Engagement of Young Professional-II will be on purely temporary basis for a period of one year or the expiry of the project, whichever is earlier. However, Director, DFR reserves the right to extend or terminate the engagement by giving one month notice.

3. The Selection will be purely on merit basis.

4. Canvassing in any form would disqualify the candidature of the candidate.

5. Walk in interview for the candidates will be held as per schedule mentioned above in the office of the ICAR-DFR, College of Agriculture Campus, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005.

6. Interested and eligible candidates may attend interview along with their bio-data, photograph, attested copies of their educational qualification / experience certificates, research papers and publications etc. Candidate desired to appear for walk in interview must report on the date and time as mentioned above in the office. Candidates reaching late beyond 11 am will not be entertained.

7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

8. Candidates have to make their own arrangements for their boarding and lodging.
