Online applications are invited for non-teaching Group C posts. The detail of these posts,application form , qualifications and other terms and conditions etc. can be seen, downloaded and submitted through website "http://shkmgmcnuh.org" In case of any guidance/in formatio n/clarificati on regarding the online filling of the application form and advertisement the candidates can call at helpline No. 0172-5210295 on all working days from 9.00AM to 5.00 P.M or email at shkmgmc.recruitment2016/@gmail.com .

All the applications must be submitted online from 22.05.2017 to 20.06.20 I7 at 11.59 PM through the "http:// shkmgmcnuh.org" Applicants paying fee by E-Challan must deposit their fee within three working days after the closing date i.e., upto 23.06.2017 by 05:00 PM. Manual applications will not be accepted. Applicants must read the instructions carefully before proceeding to fill and upload the form. Eligibility criteria is listed in the instructions. Only eligible candidates can apply. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance v. ithout waiting for last date of submission of online application. The printed copy of the online applications form downloaded from site, copy of fee receipt and necessary certificates must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny-cum-int ervie w. No oftline application fonn or copy of downloaded application form is to be sent to this office. The application fee will be as under:

1.	Staff Nurse	195	Gen-32 SC-41 BCA-31 BCB-18 EBPG-22 ESM(Gen)-17 ESM(SC)-5 ESM(BCA)-6 ESM(BCB)-7 OSP(SC)-3 OSP(BCA)-2 OSP(BCB)- 1 OSP(Gen)-2 PH-8	9300-34800+ 4200	(i) Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institue or equivalent qualification from a Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. OR B.Sc/ M.Sc Nursing from a recognized Institue or equivalent qualification from a Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized university/ board with Hindi/ Sanskrit as a compulsory subject. Registered with Haryana Nursing Council or should get registered within 06 months of joining Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test may be held to assess the same.

3.	Library Assistant	2	Gen-2	5200-20200+ 1900	Graduation from a recognized University. Bachelor Degree in Library Science (B.Lib.) from a recognized Institute/Un iveristy. Three years experience in a Library of Govt. Institutio n/University/Govt. Aided Institution. Knowledge of Computer. Knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric. Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test may be held to assess the same.
4.	Cataloguer	1	Gen-1	5200-20200+ 1900	(i) Graduate from recognized university or B.Lib. Degree in Library Science from a recognize d university having two years experience in a library as Cataloguer. Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test may be held to assess the same.
5	Documentlist	1	Gen-1	5200-20200+ 1900	(i) Graduate from recognize d university or B.Lib. Degree in Library Science from a recognized university having two years exper ience in a library as Documenta list. Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test may be held to assess the same.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I. Minimum age as on 22.05.2017: 18 years and maximum 42 years;

Relaxation in age will be given as per the Instructions of Government of Haryana.
These posts will be governed by Rules & Regulation of Haryana Civil Service Rule and Punjab Financial Rules as amended from time to time.
Scanned photograph < 50 KB, Signatu re <25 KB and each document size < I50 KB is required to be uploaded.
Application fee for General Candidate is Rs. 300/-, for Women Rs. 150/- and for all Reserved Categories Rs. 75/- should be paid (For Haryana Domici le o nly).
The applicants who is already in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation or Autonomous Body Service should send a printed copy of online application through their respective Head of Institute. or '' No Objection Certificate" may be submitted at the time of interview failing which the applicant will not be allowed/consid ered for interview.
Number of posts is liable to increase or decrease on either wa), including complete withdrawal without assign ing any reason.
The candidat es, who wish to apply for more than one specialti es/posts, they sho uld apply sepa rately for each specialty post.
The benefits of reserva tion/age relaxation and fee will be given only to those SC/BC-A/BC-B /PH and ESM and outstanding sportsperson candidates as per Haryana Govt. instruction issu ed from time to time and is restricted to Haryana domiciles only. The SC/BC-A/BC-B/PH candidates are required to submit SC/BC A/BC-B/PH certificate duly issued by the competent authority. Likewise, the outstandin g sports perso n shall be required to produce the sport gradation certificate issued by the Govt. ESM/DESM are required to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate duly is su ed by the respecitve Zila Sainik Boards

I0. As per the notification No. 49/52/20I6-6HB-II dated 19.07.20I6 issued by the Health Deptt, it has been decide to relax the upper age limit upto maximum 05 years for the candidates who have rendered service in any Reproductive and Child l lea lth/National Rural Health Mission / National Health Mis s ion projects or under any Helt h Department of any State Govt. or the Central Govt. in the same capacity as one time measure.

PH loco motor/orthopedic (Disability reservation is to be considered with a disability of loco motor/orthoped ic category of 40% and above of the lower limbs)
The posts of reserved categories will be filled up as per latest Govt. in struct ions applic able /is sued from time to time.
The applicant who apply against a particular reserved category post will only be cons idered again st that category.
In case any candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes or any other reserved category applies against General Category post, he/she s hould fulfil the conditions of eligibili ty regarding age/applicatio n fee etc, as are meant for General Category candidates (as per Govt. in structions ).
Mere submissi on of application/appearing in the Written Screening Test will not make them eligible for selecti on which will be taken into consideration after checking their eligibility in all respect, at the time of interview by the competent authority.
The decision of the appointing authority in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of application, eligibil ity/ suitabili ty of the candidates, mode and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates.
All disputes pertaining to the recruitment of various posts sha ll fall within the jurisdiction of Nuh only.
The prescribed qua lification, experience & age limit etc. shal l be reckoned as on the closing date of online submission of applications.
The applicants, who have obtained degrees or diploma or certificates for various courses from any institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission or not recognized by Department of Education /HSB TEI AICTE or competent authority as decided by the Government shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the posts advertised.
Freedom fighters and their children/grand children:-This reservation will be available only if quota reserved for Ex-Servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled to that extent due to non-availability of suitable Ex serviceman or their dependents or non-availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes. Over all reservation either from the unfilled vacancies of Ex-servicemen or from the Backward Classes for Freedom Fighters/ their children/grand children will remain limited to 2% only. This benefit will be available to all grand children i.e. sons and daughters of sons and daughters (paternal as well as maternal) of the Freedom Fighters.

2. 10th /10 +2 certificate .
3. Diploma/ Graduation certificate.
4. Post Graduation certificate.
5. Caste certificate.
6. Haryana Domicile Certificate.
7. Experience certificate if any.
8. Sports Certificate if any.
9. Any other certificate if any.
At the time of interview applicants must bring the online printed application forms duly signed b)' him/her along with all the relevant original documents and set of self attested photocopies which should be submitted before the interview.
All the candidates are directed to affix right hand thumb impression on the application.
GC-General Category, SC-Scheduled Castes, BC-Backward Classes, PH-Physically Handicapped, ESM-Ex Serviceman and DESM - Dependent of Ex-Serviceman, OSP- Outstanding Sports Person.
The experience acquired in the related field after acquiring the basic minimum qualification will only be considered.
Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.

NOTE-I: The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.

NOTE-II: In the event of number of applications being large, authorities will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of the candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:

"On the basis of Desirable Qualification (DQ) or any one or all of the DQs if more than one DQ is prescribed''
On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement (c)On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement (d)By counting experience after the acquisition of essential qualifications

(e) By holding a Recru itment / Screening Test.
