Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC), a statutory body constituted by Ministry of Power, invites applications from officials under Central Government /State Government/Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies, for appointment on deputation on Foreign Service terms to the following post. The details of the post viz. scale of pay, required qualifications/qualifying service and experience etc. are given below:-

2. The general terms & conditions are as under :

i) Pay and Allowances shall be at the rate applicable to Central Government employees from time to time.

ii) The appointment on deputation on foreign services terms shall be made initially for a period of three years. Extension beyond this period would be considered in consultation with the Central Government.

iii) Relaxation in public interest shall be considered by the Competent Authority in deserving cases.

iv) Persons appointed to JERC shall be governed by the general terms and conditions laid down in Regulation No. JERC 02/2009 -Recruitment, Control and Service Conditions of Officers & Staff Regulations, 2009.

v) All the regulations mentioned above are available on the JERC website.

vi) The age of the candidate should not exceed 56 years as on 30/09/2016.

3. The application in the prescribed format given in annexure duly completed and signed may be forwarded to Secretary , Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission , 2nd floor, HSIIDC Office Complex UdyogVihar, Phase-V. Gurgaon-122016. latest by 30/09/2016. The application must be routed through the proper channel and only applications in the prescribed format shall be accepted. The sponsoring authorities are requested to forward the application of eligible & interested candidates whose services can be spared in the event of their selection. While forwarding applications, photocopies of ACRs of last five years and Vigilance Clearance Certificate of the candidates concerned should also be forwarded. Applications received in the office of this Commission the after due date i.e. after 30/09/2016and without the requisite documents will be summarily rejected.
