NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited from eligible candidates with detailed Bio-data for engaging as Technical Assistant on contract basis, in the University Department of Botany, Kariavattom for a period of one year (twelve months).

Candidates shall submit their application in plain paper along with attested copies of all documents to prove age, community, qualification, experience etc. to the Registrar, University of Kerala. The details are furnished below:

Qualification : First Class Masters Degree in the subject concerned of an Indian University.

Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities other than Kerala University should produce the Eligibility /Equivalency certificate obtained from this University at the time of interview.

Desirable : Two years experience in Research Field

Age : Not more than 36 years as on 01.01.2018. Usual relaxation in the Upper age limit shall be allowed in the case of candidates belonging SC/ST and OBC communities.

Remuneration : Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty thousand only) per month

The applications should be accompanied by Chalan Receipt for Rs.100/-remitted to Kerala University Cash Counter/FRIENDS or Demand Draft for Rs.110/-drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Kerala towards registration fee. Candidates should appear for the interview at Thiruvananthapuram at their own expense. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. The envelope containing the applications superscribed with the name of the Post applied for should reach the Registrar, University of Kerala, Senate House Campus, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin 695034 as on before 03.11.2018 at 5.00 p.m.
