Applications are invited from retired persons from Govt./PSUs organization for the following post on contract basis:

POSITION: ADVISOR (R&D) on contract basis

Educational Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. degree with Ph.D.

Experience:

Essential: Should have worked on a senior position in a reputed PSU/CSIR approved laboratory. Minimum 20 years in experience for solar Photovoltaic cells/ modules (research & development, manufacturing and characterization) or Railway Signaling equipment or Microwave Electronics.

Desirable: Experience in setting up R&D facilities/analytical laboratory preferably relating to solar industry/ Railway Signaling/ Microwave Electronics with proven track record, knowledge and experience as a project leader/manager in scientific/research related work.

Roles & Responsibility: The responsibilities include advisory on preparation/review of various research proposals keeping long term interest of the company, grants from different government, Interface with both internal & external experts and present the company at various high powered committees, technical specifications review of new equipments/facilities, advisory for patent application & IPR management, Interactions/liaising with other National/International R & D laboratories/institutions etc.

The post is initially for a period of six months, which is further extendable on performance and requirement basis till the attainment of age of 65 years. Persons who worked in (pre-revised) IDA grade of Rs.51300-73000/-OR Rs.43200-66000/-or equivalent CDA grades may apply. The consolidated remuneration will be based on pro rata basis on last pay drawn at the time of retirement from Govt./PSUs.

Eligible retired officials may send their bio-data duly completed in all respects alongwith copies of certificate, as per Annexure-A attached by 16.03.2018 to Asstt. General Manager (HRD), Central Electronics Limited,4, Industrial Area, Sahibabad 201 010, Ghaziabad (UP) through speed post.
