Notice for the post of OSD (Retail Marketing) on contract basis

Applications are invited from retired persons from Govt./PSUs organizations for one post of OSD (Retail Marketing) on contract basis. The candidate should be Graduate, with knowledge of computer. The candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 2 years in the sales of Solar/ Renewable Energy Products selling through a network of dealers/ distributors. Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in directly selling to various Government and Private Organisations. The person shall be responsible for order booking, maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, customer inspections, timely billing/ dispatch and provision of product warranty. The post is initially for a period of one year, which is further extendable on performance and requirement basis till the attainment of age of 65 years. Persons who worked in prerevised IDA grade of Rs.24900-50500/-OR Rs.29100-54500/-or equivalent CDA grades may apply. The consolidated remuneration will be based on last pay drawn at the time of retirement from Govt./PSUs.
