Sr. Research Fellow (1)	Rs.28,000/ -per month plus HRA @ 30%	Essential Qualification: 1st class M.Tech. in EE,ECE,VLSI, Solid State Materials, Solid State Physics OR 1st class M.Sc. (or higher degree) in Physics and must have qualified NET/GATE with minimum two years research experience from reputed Organization / Institute. Experience in working with semiconductor processes, devices and photonics will be an added advantage.

The post may be downgraded as per discretion of the Selection Committee if none of the candidate is found suitable for the post.

5% relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST Candidates. In case of selection of a retired/superannuated government
