Qualificotions : M.E./M.Tech. with GATE in Machine Design Engg/Transportation Engg.

1. Emoluments : Rs. 30,000/= per month + HRA as applicable
   
   
2. Durotion : Three years or until the duration ofthe project whichever is earlier
   
   
3. Job Description : The Ministry of Railways has sanctioned a Centre for Railway Research to be set up at ilT Roorkee.
   
   

The present position of Research Associate is meant to carry out the Research Activities in the area of Railway Vehicle Dynamics and other work of the CRR as assigned to him/her from time to time. The eligible candidate should possess the following qualification and experience:

1. o Should have a good academic record (CGPA > 7.0 or >731/o marks in B. Tech and M. Tech.
   
   
2. o Should have good fundamental knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics/ Computational Mechdnics.
   
   
3. o Should have a sound working experience in application software's such as SOLID WORKS/MATLAB/ANSYS/ABAQUS.
   
   

1. Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.
   
   
2. Candidates desiring to appear for the interview should bring with them the updated resume along with the following documents at the time of interview
