WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL) (ON CONTRACT) FOR SIVASAGAR CAMPUS

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) is an Institute of National Importance set up by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. Institute has been offering 3-year diploma programmes in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Piping Engineering from its Sivasagar, Assam Centre.

The Institute is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (purely on contract) to handle Institutes Project Construction and other administrative works at Sivasagar, Assam on full time basis.

Essential Qualification/Experience

First class B.E / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute/University with at least 7-8 years of experience in handling major construction projects. The candidate should be well versed with CPWD norms and other relevant rules.

Period of contract

The appointment will be PURELY ON CONTRACT, initially for a period of 1 year, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance and requirement of the Institute.

Salary

A consolidated salary in the range of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- may be offered to suitable candidate. Candidate would be mandatorily required to stay in Sivasagar city only.
