1. The contractually engaged persons will not have any claim for permanent or regular employment in Institute as this is purely a temporary contractual engagement and will remain valid up to contractual period for which the engagement is approved on each occasion
   
   
2. The contractually engaged persons will not be eligible to get official accommodation/quarters allotment within the campus of JIPMER, Puducherry as applicable to the other regular employees of this Institute.
   
   
3. The contractually engaged persons shall in no case represent or give opinion or advice to others in any matter which is adverse to the interest of the Institute.
   
   
4. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
   
   
5. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.
   
   
6. The appointment is full time basis and private practice of any type is prohibited.
   
   
7. The contractually engaged persons are expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the institute employees.
   
   
8. The contractually engaged persons should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
   
   
9. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to his appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the contractual engagement and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
   
   
10. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
    
    
11. Applications incomplete in any aspect will be summarily rejected.
    
    

13 The Competent Authority reserves the right to make any changes in the recruitment process with regard to number of vacancies, age, qualification, experience and other conditions of eligibility / selection process etc.

1. The Competent Authority also reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
   
   
2. All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Puducherry.
   
   
3. The number of posts to be filled up will be decided by the competent authority.
