The undersigned is directed to say that Ministry 6f Tm.iris~;roposes to fill up one post of the Principal (Group- "A") Gazetted in IIS&M, Gulmarg in Level -13 (Pay scale PB-4 Rs. 37,400- 67,000/-+ GP Rs. 8700/-prerevised) by transferon deputation (including Short-Tenn Contract)/Absorption forArmedForces Personnel Deputation/ Re-employment in accordance with the Recruitment Rules which provides as under: -

(I)

(A) Holding analogues posts in the parent cadre/Department on Regular basis, or

(B)

With Five years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band-3, (Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre /Department; and

(II)

Possessing the following educational qualification and experience,

(A) Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University,

(B)

Ten Year experience ofconducting water and snow ski, mountaineering trekking and other adventure sports.

For Armed Forces, Deputation/Re-employment:

The ArmedForces Personnel ofthe rank ofLieutnent Colonel/ Colonel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period ofone year and having the requisite experience and qualification shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter, they may be continued on re-employment.

Note: Absorption can be affected only in the case ofOfficers from the Central/State Governments.

1. The period ofdeputation (Including short term contract) including period ofdeputation (including short term contract) in another ex-care post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ department ofthe Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including Short Tenn Contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as 'on the closing date ofreceipt of application(s).
   
   
2. The deputation will be governed in accordance with the DoP&T's OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 and further ~mendmends, ifany.
   
   
1. It is requested that names of suitable officers who are eligible and willing and can be spared may be recommended to this Ministry within Six weeks of its publication in the employment news alongwith following documents and particulars in the prescribed proforma (Annexure 'A'): -
   
   
1. Photocopies ofcomplete and uptodate CR dossiers for the last five years attested by an officer not below the rank ofUnder Secretary.
   
   
2. A statement showing major/ minor penalties imposed, ifany upon the officer during the last 10 years on his service; or
   
   
2. (iii) A certificate to the effect that no major/minorpenalty has been imposed upon his/her during the said period.
