Officers Holding the analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.

2. Officer working in Govt./ autonomous bodies, with 5 years regular service in the Pay Band -3 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (Pre-revised) and five years experience in processing case of grant-in-aid to voluntary organizations in the field of social development.

For Appointment on Contractual Basis:

Good academic record with first or second class Masters degree in Science/Arts/Commerce/ Social Work or Social Sciences, Home Sciences, and Nutrition/ Child development and ten years experience in processing cases of grant-in-aid in the field of social development.

Preference will be given to candidates proficient in computer

Upto 56 years for appointment on transfer on deputation basis & maximum 62 years for retired employees

30-40 year for appointment on contractual basis

2. Officers have rendered at least 5 years service in government department / autonomous body / educational institution in PB-2 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- (Pre-revised) with ten years regular service in the Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-

Desirable:-

Degree or Master Degree in Commerce from a recognized university

For Appointment on Contractual Basis:

- Degree in Commerce from a recognized university and

- Knowledge of government rules governing finance and establishment matters

Upto 56 years for appointment on transfer on deputation basis & maximum 62 years for retired employees

Upto 30-40 year for appointment on contractual basis

Further Note / Instructions:-

1. Application for the post to be filled up on transfer on deputation basis should be sent alongwith the complete ACR dossiers for the preceding five years in a sealed cover. The authority forwarding the applications should also certify that no vigilance/disciplinary case is pending/contemplated against the officers whose applications are being forwarded.

2. The envelope must be superscripted Application for the post of ________________________.

3. The eligible Physically Challenged persons suitable for the above categories of posts can also apply for the posts which are not reserved for them.

4. Mere satisfying the essentially required minimum qualification and experience does not entitle an applicant to be called for test/interview/Computer skill test for appointment.

5. The Institute reserves the right to call only limited number of persons for written test/interview, as the case may be. Applicants short-listed for test/computer skill test/interview will be informed at appropriate time. No further correspondence/query will be entertained.

6. Applications lacking all the supporting evidential documents or certificates (self-attested certificates) etc. or applications lacking any of the information mentioned herein, or applications received late, shall be similarly rejected.

7. The institute reserves the right to cancel the requirement for any of the posts at any stage/time.

8. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

10. As regards applicants already in service in Govt./Autonomous body/Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Co. etc the application should be sent through proper channel. Only those applications will be processed/considered, which are received by the Institute through proper channel by the prescribed last date. A candidate should ensure also that there is a certificate of the employer along with the application certifying the pay-scale (s), post(s), period of the post(s), and the nature of the duties/experience regarding each of the posts mentioned in the application.
