DEALING ASSISTANTS ON CONTRACT BASIS

Director, National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research (formerly ICPO), Noida invites applications up to 30.04.2018 from retired Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body employees with last drawn GP of Rs. 2800/- (Level -5) for ten years or higher with Graduate Degree in any discipline from a Recognized University for the following position on a consolidated amount of Rs. 30,000/- per month fixed.

Dealing Assistant (Admn./ Store/Accounts ) - Three Positions

1. Only retired employees can apply for the above positions.

2. The envelope containing application and other annexures must be super scribed in bold letters as Application for the position of Dealing Assistant.

3. Documents to be attached with the application form (self-attested copies)

a. Proof of date of birth

b. Relieving Order/PPO

c. Last Educational qualifications certificate

d. Work experience details during service

4. Age: Not exceeding 63 years as on 01.05.2018.

5. The number of positions can be decreased / increased at the discretion of Director, NICPR.

6. Application must be submitted in the given format only. Applications received in any other format will be rejected.

7. Recruitment is temporary on Contract basis for a period of six months, which can be extended further as per requirement and satisfactory performance of duties as per periodical assessment by the Director/Nominated Authority by the Director.

8. Application received incomplete or late, for any reason will be rejected straightaway without any further communication in this regard.

9. The Director, NICPR (ICMR) Noida reserves the right to reject any or all the applications and/or call only shortlisted candidates for interview/personal discussions.

10. No Travel charges will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview/personal discussion at NICPR, Noida.

11. The appointment is terminable with one month notice from either side.

12. Date for interview/personal discussion will be intimated separately by e-mail only. No separate letter will be sent for the same.

13. No other benefit except 10 Leave shall be admissible during one year.

14. Name of Post applied for must be written on the envelope compulsorily.

15. Application on the enclosed format, passport size color photograph pasted, along with attachments and signed by the applicant may be sent through Registered/Speed post only to the Director, National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research (formerly ICPO), I-7, Sector-39, Noida-201 301 latest by 30.04.2018.
