2. Location & Project details

: IIPS is an educational institute under administrative control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

On behalf of IIPS, CPWD, will be constructing G+6 administrative building and annexed G+1 auditorium at our Govandi, Mumbai office.

3. Remuneration

: Monthly consolidate remuneration will be fixed by the selection panel based on administrative and work experience.

4. Age

: 60 to 65 years.

5. Education Qualification

: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.

6. Experience

: More than 25 years of experience in the civil construction field, preferable from the Govt. of Indias PWD department.

7. Job Description

: Candidate should be well versed with civil drawing, reading.

To attend discussion with IIPS offices/ CPWD Engineers/ Contractor etc., Pertaining to construction matter.

Communicate and liaising effectively between IIPS & local govt. authorities as and when required.

Monitor and Supervise and construction work on behalf of IIPS.

Check the construction material quality along with CPWD engineers. If any deviation in the materials reporting if to IIPS.

To ensure that a construction work runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time.
