Ifaftercounsellingdateandtimeofsecondlist,seatsarestillvacantthenamopuproundwillbedonewherecandidatesin1:4i.e.ofseats:candidateratiowill becalledforcounsellingagainstvacantseatsaccordingtothe meritlist(trade& categorywise).
9)Incaseofthetiebetweencandidatesbecauseofhavingsameorequalmarks,thecandidatewhohassecuredmoremarksinsubject/paper:Mathematicswillbeseniorinmeritlist.Ifcandidatehappenstoobtainsameor equalmarksinMathematics,highermarkssecuredinanothersubject/paper:Scienceshallbeconsideredforseniorityinmeritlistandagainincasethereisatiebetweenthe securedmarksofanothersubject/paper:Science,thedateofbirthshallbeconsideredtodecideinterseseniorityinfavourofoldercandidate.
10)Candidateswillbeinvitedtojointhecourseaftercounselingbasedonthemeritlistandthevacanciesallottedtoeachtrade.

meritwillbepublishedonnoticeboardsofHTI,HQ,FFP,HMBP,HMTP&Project

Allmonthlyfeesandchargeswillbedepositedcashlessi.e.eitherthroughdemanddraftdrawninfavourof HeavyEngineeringCorporationLimited,Ranchi834004orswipemachineatcashcounterofHeadquartersHECLtd.from10thdayto 20th dayofeverymonthandonecopyofreceiptwillbedepositedbythetraineeinHTIforrecords.Thetraineewillalsoretainoneofthereceiptforhisrecords.Ifthecandidatefailstodepositthefeestill20th dayofthemonthapenalty/fineofRs.100/permonthwillbechargedforeverymonth.

Theselfattestedphotocopyofallcertificateswillbesubmittedto beverified bythe originalsandMarksheetofMatriculationorequivalentexaminationwillbesenttoconcernedissuingboard/agencywithrequiredfeeforverification.Anycandidate,whosecertificateisfoundfake/falseafterverificationfromtheconcernedagency,will beterminatedfromfurthertrainingandhiscandidaturefromHTIwillbecancelledimmediately.Norefundoffeespaidwillbemade.Nofurtherclarificationwillbeentertainedfromthecandidate.
