ENGAGEMENT OF YOUNG PROFESSIONAL (ADMN.) ON CONTRACT BASIS

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), an Autonomous Body under Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, invites applications for engagement to 02 posts (Tentative-Actual may vary) of YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (ADMN) on contract basis for deployment at NHAI Headquarters. Such engagement shall be purely on contact basis.

2. Details for the posts of Young Professionals (Admn.) and terms & conditions as well as period of engagement, eligibility, experience etc. are as under :-

A) Eligibility & Experience

3	Method of recruitment	Contract basis
4	Age Limit	Candidates should be below 32 years of age as on 13.09.2018
5	Period of Contract	The period of engagement may be for a period of upto two years in the first instance, which may be further extended by one more year, based on the requirements of the NHAI and the satisfactory performance of the incumbent. In case a person leaves before completion of one year, he/she will not get any work certificate
6	Remuneration (per month)	An initial consolidated amount of Rs. 60,000 per month, inclusive of all. The consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for each succeeding year subject to satisfactory performance.
7	Education qualification	Degree of a recognized University/Institute
8	Experience	Experience in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/ Personnel Management preferred.

3. The candidates are advised to go through the terms and conditions of engagements of the YPs issued vide NHAIs Policy Guidelines No.1.3.1.12.2017 dated 21.06.2017 and No. 1.3.1.17 dated 26th June, 2018 placed on NHAIs website i.e www.nhai.gov.in before applying for the post.

4. Other Important Conditions:

The Applicants are advised to fill the online application form carefully in accordance with the eligibility criteria mentioned above. It may be noted that any subsequent clarification regarding eligibility etc. at a later date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Crucial date for determination of eligibility shall be the last date prescribed for the receipt of online applications.
