Applications in the prescribed format are invited from Indian Nationals for the post of Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow for the research project under the Principal Investigator Dr. Neena Jaggi, Professor, Department of Physics as per the details given below:

JRF: Possessing M.Sc or Equivalent degree in Physics with 55%marks and

:

passing of NET/GATE. SRF: Possessing M.Sc or equivalent degree in Physics and at least two years of post-M.Sc. research/ teaching experience as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals ;

Desirable Qualifications : Research experience in similar field

Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/-month(JRF)/Rs.14,000/-month(SRF)

Duration : 36 months (3 years)*

Job description

: The Fellow (JRF/SRF) is required to assist in various activities under the project to complete the objectives and deliverables in time as per schedule, write papers, reports, and file patents.

* The appointment is contingent to the funding and performance of the fellow. The fellow will be allowed to register for PhD. program in Physics Department of the Institute under the supervision of Dr. Neena Jaggi.
