RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW

Applications in the prescribed format are invited from Indian Nationals for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India funded project titled Implementation of Security features in Smart Cards under the supervision of Dr. B. B. Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Engineering as per the details given below:

    • Essential Qualifications : (i) M.Tech./M.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/or in equivalent streams OR

    • (ii) B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/or in equivalent streams with a GATE score with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Desirable Qualifications : Research experience in the similar field.

  • Emoluments : Rs. 20,000/-per month

  • Duration : 17 months*

  • Job description : The Junior Research Fellow is required to assist in various activities under the project to complete the objectives and deliverables in time as per schedule, write papers, reports, and file patents.

* Initially the appointment will be for one year from the date of joining which will be reviewed thereafter and, if found satisfactory, extended further for seven months.
