EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICAT TION : Essential:

(i)

BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Te ech in relevant branch with First Class or eq quivalent either in BE/ B.Tech or ME/M.Tec ch.

(ii)

Ph.D or equivalent degr ree in relevant branch of Engineering /Te echnology.

(iii) Post Ph. D publications and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable e.

EXPERIENCE:-Minimum of 10 0 (ten) years experience in teaching/researc ch/industry out of which at least 3 years shall be aat the level of Professor. OR Minimum of 13 years expperience in teaching and or research and / or r industry.

In case of research exp perience, good academic record and books// research paper publications /IPR/ patents reco ord shall be required as deemed fit by the exppert members of the Selection Committee. If the e experience in industry is considered, the e same shall be at managerial level equivalent to o Professor level with active participation rec cord in devising / Designing, developing, planninng, executing, analyzing ,quality control, inn novating, training, technical books/ Research papper publications /IPR/patents, etc. as deemed d fit by the expert members of the Selection Comm mittee.

Flair for Management an nd leadership is essential. In case of Architecture, Profe essional practice of 10 years as certified byy the Council of Architecture shall also be cons sidered valid.

DESIREABLE :-Knowledge in B Bengali and Kok-borok.

AGE :-Age upto 50 years as o on 20.08.2018. Upper age limit is relaxable b by 5(five) years in case of ST, SC, differently able PH and Govt Servants. The Government em mployees belong to ST, SC, and PH category y shall not get this relaxation over and aboove the General relaxation of 5 years available t to them.

The last date of receivin ng application is 20.08.2018. The application( (s) received after the closing date will not be ente ertained.

The applications along g with necessary documents (regarding QQualification from Madhyamik onwards, Experien nce, Permanent Residence Certificate/Citizennship, Age proof Certificates should be addre essed to the Secretary, TPSC, Agartala, WWest Tripura and submitted in the Tripura Public c Service Commission Secretariat during work king hours.

N.B: Experience Certifficate, where necessary, shall have to be e issued by the competent authority of the Dep ptt./Institutions/faculty etc with clear mentione ed of starting date & end date as the case may be.

The number of post to be filled up is subject to increase or decrease following requisition of the Department.

Prescribed Form availability :-The 4(four) pages Application Form printed in colour font will be available from all Branches/Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank in the State of Tripura on deposit of the prescribed Recruitment Fee through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C. in the same Branch/Extension counter as a single window system without any extra charge/Commission from the candidates.

In addition, the said prescribed Form printed in colour font (A4 size 90 GSM paper)

can also be down loaded from the Website http://www.tpsc.gov.in and in that case, the prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission. The Bank deposit Receipt is to be affixed with the filled up application form in the specified Box on the 2^nd page of the form.

(3) Rate of Recruitment Fees:

i. Group-A Posts:-Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/-(Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

ii. Group-B Posts:-Rs.150/-(Rupees One Hundred and fifty) only for General Candidates and Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

iii. Group-C Posts:-Rs.100/-(Rupees One Hundred) only for General Candidates and 50/(Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.

(5)

Applicants must be in possession of the prescribed minimum qualification(s) for the post on the closing date for submission of application as mentioned in the advertisement.

(6)

Candidates should poses required qualification (along with various registration if required for service) & other experience before last date of submission of application form.

(7)

Decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at any stage of the selection process shall be final.

(8)

Assessment and evaluation of the answer scripts done by the Commission shall be final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority.

(9)

Date, time and venue of Screening Test/ Personality Test will be notified in due course.
