Nominations are invited for 15 day training course on Counseling Skills on Drug Abuse Prevention to be conducted by National Institute of Social Defence (NISD), New Delhi from 28th May 2018 at ISTM.

i) 15 day training course on Counseling Skills on Drug Abuse Prevention by NISD at ISTM, New Delhi.

The Fifteen days training Course on Counseling Skills on Drug Abuse Prevention will be held from 28th May 2018, in training hall of Institute of Secretarial Training and Management (ISTM), Opposite Ber Sarai Market, JNU Old Campus, Near Munirka & Near Sector 3, R K Puram, New Delhi.

The 15 days training course is aiming to focus on Drug de addiction counseling issues which would emphasis on strengthening and capacity building of Counselors/Social worker/Psychologist/Project Directors, etc. and also other professionals working in Drug De addiction cum counseling, Rehab Centre/State units in Delhi/NCR, Punjab, Chandigarh, H.P. Haryana, Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh and also for functionaries of Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCAs) of these states. The target group of training course is working professional and functionaries in drug abuse prevention field.

The course is residential and NISD would bear the participants TA and boarding & lodging cost.

Selection of participants for training will be made by NISD.
