(Requirement of Project Staff in R&D Projects & Research Intern)

In continuation to Advt. No. 01/2018 (available on our website www.csio.res.in ) regarding engagement of 01 Research Intern, 02 JRF, 01 SRF, 01 PA Level-I, 03 PA Level-II and 01 PA Level-III with scheduled date of walk-in interview as 3rd January, 2018 (Wednesday), the position of SRF is also included in the same advertisement. Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Computers or equivalent5

Desired skills:

i. Spectroscopic skills and software development.
ii. Embedded system designing and signal processing, simulations and analysis for electronics development on EDA tools.
iii. Experience to develop codes in high level languages such as Python, VC++, etc.
iv. Exposure to work on Matlab, R, R-PI, Arduino, etc., hands-on image processing tools and software such as ENVI, etc.
v. Knowledge about soft computing techniques, machine learning and artificial intelligence tools will be an advantage.

Please note:

The upper age limit for the above position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) is 35 years.
Relaxation in age limit for the candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PH and Women shall be 5 years for the above position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF).

Essential Qualification:

For JRF (Mechanical):

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical or equivalent5 with GATE/ NET qualification

OR

M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical or equivalent5

Desirable: Experience in Mechanical Computer-Aided design software like Inventor/SolidWorks, Catia, etc.

For JRF (Electronics):

B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Embedded System or equivalent5 with GATE/ NET qualification

OR

M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Embedded System or equivalent5

Desirable: Experience in Embedded control, LabVIEW software.

Other terms and conditions will be same as mentioned in Advt. No. 01/2018.
