Senior Residents

* 3 Years and 1 Year tenure will be fixed based on the performance in the interview. The Candidates possessing MS/MD in the respective specialization will be posted at ESIC Medical College. DNB candidates will be posted at ESIC Medical College Hospital and Super Speciality Hospital.

Note:

1. Number of vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease depending upon actual requirement.
   
   
2. Age relaxation is applicable to reserved candidates as per rules in force.
   
   
3. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.
   
   
4. The candidates intend to apply for multiple departments may submit separate application.
   
   

C. PAY & ALLOWANCES:

1. Pay and other allowances shall be as per rules in force.
   
   
2. Candidates appointed on Contractual basis will be paid Pay at the initial stage i.e. Initial Pay of the relevant Pay band plus Grade Pay and other allowances as per Rules of the Corporation.
   
   
3. Medical degree Holders only are eligible for NPA.
   
   
4. No Private practice is allowed during tenure of service in ESIC.
   
   

D. TERM OF CONTRACT:

a) Selected candidates shall be appointed purely on contractual basis for a period of one year or up to completion of academic session 2018-19 defined by MCI/university/as per ESIC Rules and Regulations & Residency Scheme applicable from time to time. The tenure in respect of Senior Residents (for Medical College & Super Specialty Hospital) on contract basis, the engagement will be initially for 01 (One) year extendable every year up to three years on satisfactory performance and conduct.

b) The Contractual engagement may be terminated / discontinued on either side giving one month prior notice to this effect without assigning reason.

Note: The doctors who have already worked as Senior Resident for 3 (three) years in any Government institution need not apply for the Post of Senior Residents.

E. HOW TO APPLY:

1. Candidates have to apply ONLINE. Applications shall be available at the medical college website www.esicmchyd.ac.in from 17/09/2018.

2. Candidates are required to produce the Fee Transaction Ref No at the time of interview.
   
   
   1. Every candidate will receive a system generated unique reference number after successful submission of the
      
      
   2. form along with marks scored which will be used by the candidates for further references.
3. Short listing of the candidates will be done on the basis of Aggregate score, overall experience including research work and/or NEET score-2018 for Post Graduates and NEET score -2018 for Super Speciality.
   
   
4. Shortlisted candidates should produce all the original documents in respect of all the parameters filled in the online application form, for scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview.
   
   
5. Shortlisted candidate who fails to produce documents (for all the filled in parameters of online submission) or provides false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to barring the candidate for walk in interview and shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
   
   

NO SEPARATE INTERVIEW CALL LETTER WILL BE SENT

Candidates are requested to report by 9 AM at the venue on scheduled dates along with all the Original certificates and their photocopies in 2 sets, 2 copies of passport size photographs and the relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed by Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of reservation to the reserved candidates. Failing which they may not be allowed for interview.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

I. All eligible candidates should apply in the application format ONLINE only on or before the last date of submission of online application i.e. 25/09/2018.The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the medical college website www.esicmchyd.ac.in two days prior to the date of interview. Short listed candidates will not be intimated by letter or by E mail.

II. Selection will be made on the basis of interview of shortlisted candidates which will be conducted by the selection board. The results of the interview will be uploaded on the website and no enquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

III. For the post of Tutor, Junior resident and Senior resident, the shortlisted candidates to be called for the interview will be in the ratio of 1:10 and the candidates will be shortlisted by considering cumulative scores they get in following 3 groups.

Group A. Total aggregate score

Group B. Teaching experience + co-curricular activities + research and academic contributions Group C. NEET Score (for PG 2018 and for Super speciality-2018). The scores of shortlisted candidates will not be carried forwarded for the personal interview.

Note: Shortlisting/ Score is not Applicable for Specialist Post.

IV.

Candidate should furnish correct information with all necessary original documents in the online form. Strict action will be taken against those who will provide wrong information.

V.

List of shortlisted candidates displayed on the website will be in the order of the reference number and not in the order of scores secured.

VI. The final selection will be based purely on performance in the personal interview.
