| 1. | Job Title: Medical Assistant (Paramedic) No. of positions: One Remuneration: Placed in Level: 5 with a min. pay of Rs. 29,200 per month plus DA, plus PF and other benefits as per BITS norms. Accommodation will be provided in the Medical Centre. | 12th pass with science subjects and 3 years recognized degree/diploma in emergency medicine or in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a government recognized college. Registration required to practice as a paramedic Well versed with procedures like establishing an intra-venous line, CPR, giving I.V medications and Injections, dressings etc 5 years of experience as a paramedic after completion of the degree/diploma course | |
| 2. | Job Title: General Manager (Will be recruited on the rolls of PIED Society) No. of positions: One Remuneration: Between Rs. 12 to 15 Lakhs per annum. An appropriate housing facility will be provided within the campus. | B. Tech/B.E with M.B.A (preferred) The candidate should be dynamic having both business and technical background, and experience in program management and cross-functional team facilitation. A strong interest in identifying, evaluating, and launching successful new start-up businesses. 8 to 10 years relevant experience as an incubation manager, product manager, investment banker, venture capitalist, or as a proven strategy and business consultant with strong collaboration and influence skills. | |
| 3. | Job Title: General Manager, Construction and Project Management No. of positions: One Remuneration: Between Rs. 25 to 30 Lakhs per annum. An appropriate housing facility will be provided within the campus. | Bachelors degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, masters degree and/ or Project Certification preferred 15-20 years in successfully managing facility projects, experienced in independently managing sizeable project from start to finish or as no. 2 in large projects, proven track record of completing projects within time and cost constraints Technical Competency: Knowledge of latest civil construction techniques, experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing works in facility projects, experience with project scheduling software like MS Project Behavioral Competency: Good people management skills with evidence of being able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, proven leadership skills with ability to motivate team members, strong process orientation, deadline driven |
