- Atleast 10 years experience in project management for senior consultant and 5 years for consultant out of which atleast 2 years should be in hospital project management in either case

Essential Qualification:

Graduate with Minimum SAS examination qualified.

Experience:

- With atleast 10 years experience in accounting, including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting systems for senior consultant and 5 years for consultants out of which alteast 2 years should be in a government agency involved in civil constriction in either case

- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and financial Management software.

Age- Not exceeding 62 years.

Desirable:- Experience in Financial management of projects individually costing more than Rs 100 crore.

- Devising and finalizing periodic financial plan for projects with consultation with various AIIMS officials and agencies.

- Monitoring financial progress of various going projects on a regular basis and submitting reports

- Coordination of various finance related issues with al concerned stakeholder/agencies, collating UCs making follow up reports and presenting the same to AIIMS officials as desired.

- Verifying bills submitted by the various agencies against work done.

- Routine financial management activities as may entrusted from to time.

Essential Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized University.

Experience:

- With atleast 10 years experience in architecture designing for senior consultant and 5 years for consultant out of which atleast 2 years should be in architectural designing of hospitals in either case.

- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Word Auto CAD, BIM and other architectural software.

Age: Not exceeding 62 years.

Desirable: - Experience in architectural designing of projects individually costing more than Rs 100 crores and / or Urban design of large Institutional campuses.

- Devising and finalizing architectural designs of various projects.

- Preparation of bids for urban designing of the campuses. To make concept designs and sketches of the Urban designs.

- Monitoring architectural designs from construction point of view various going projects on a regular basis and submitting reports.

- Coordination of various hospital design amendments with concerned stakeholders/agencies, making follow up reports and presenting the same to AIIMS officials as desired.

- Assisting in shop floor drawings of various projects

Experience:

With at least 8 years experience in open source ERP/HIS/EHR/ EMR Software Implementations for Senior Consultant and 4 years for consultants out of which at least 2 years should be in Software Implementation for hospital in either case.

Age- Not exceeding 62 years.

Desirable: - Experience in open source HMIS.EHR/EMR Software Implementation project individually costing more than Rs. 50 Lacs.

- Prepare an RFP for procurement of open source HIS/HMIS/HER and ERP

- Coordinate with the AIIMS assigned Core Team members and all stakeholders to understand and finalize the requirements for integration in the RFP

- Oversee the deployment of open source based ERP/HMIS with integrated EMR/HER for various projects of AIIMS

- Ensure timely delivery of software solutions Additional responsibilities as may be entrusted from time to time

- Ensuring integration with existing AIIMS systems using standard healthcare protocols like HL7, DICOM, CDA etc.

- Network Implementation of projects individually costing more than Rs.50 lacs.

- Oversee the deployment of the Network Infrastructure as per the Tender Specifications Ensure timely delivery of Network Solutions Additional Network related responsibilities as may be entrusted from time to time.

- Ensuring integration with existing AIIMS Network using standards based protocols

- To assist various department in finalizations of List of equipment and specifications.

- Preparation of draft tender document

- Collating pre-bid queries and their approval replies.

- Carrying out Techno-Commercial and price evaluations of bids received along with user departments.

- Assist in preparation of notes and proposal for Procurement related administrative activities.
