Short Term Consultant - Human Resources for Health

National Health systems Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Health Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society, to channelize technical assistance and capacity building support to the states for strengthening the public health system.

The NHSRC is also mandated to contribute towards National strategic health planning and programme design. Works at NHSRC is organized around multiple divisions namely- Community processes, Quality Improvement, Public Health Planning, Public Health Administration, Heath Care Financing, Heath Care Technology and Human Resource for Health.

NHSRC intends recruiting Short Term Consultant Human Resources for Health purely on Contractual basis for the period mentioned in the contract.

Location: NHSRC Office, New Delhi

Role and Responsibility:

1. 1. Support the HRH division in sensitization of HR nodal officers of the state towards gender sensitive workplace
   
   
2. 2. Organizing HR bootcamp
   
   
3. 3. Support in making provision for training in PIP
   
   

Educational qualifications: Post graduate degree in social sciences/equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience.

Desirable:

1. Excellent writing skills

2. Good analytical abilities

3. Experience in working on women friendly policies, womens right etc. Experience of implementing programs to address gender based violence through multi- sectoral approach and women centric service.

Duration: Upto Three months, further extendable subject to performance of candidate and requirement of division.

Age: 30 Years & Below (As on last date of application)
