It is proposed to fill up vacant post of Senior Technical Assistant (Mass Education and Media) in Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) of the Pay Matrix in the Department of Health & Family Welfare on deputation basis from the officers of Central Govemment holding analogous posts and possessing the following qualifications and experience
prescribed as under:

- (a)
- (i) Degree in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or M.Sc. Physics with Wireless or Elechonics as a subject from a recognised university.
- (ii) Experience in the use of Video and Audio Units and production of video/audio tape recordings. OR
- (b)
- (i) Diploma in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or in Sound Recording from a recognised University/Institution or equivalent.
(ii) 3 years' experience in the use of video and audio unit and production of video/audio tape recordings.
Note 1: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held
immediately preceding this appointrnent in the same organization/department shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation/contract shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date ofreceipt ofapplication.
2. It is requested to forward the applications of interested & eligible officers in the attached proforma through proper channel so as to reach the undersigrred within 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this circular in the Employment News.
