OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The engagement in respect of Part Time/Full time/Specialist/Super Specialist is upto the age of 65 years.
   
   
2. Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of services in the hospital/Medical Institution.
   
   
3. The appointment is subject to Medical Fitness.
   
   
4. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview / joining the post.
   
   
5. Part Time/Full time Specialist/Super Specialist selected will be required to submit acceptance/consent letter in writing before appearing for medical examination.
   
   
6. The doctors at any time found guilty of any gross misconduct or negligence of his/her duties shall be terminated without any notice or payment in lieu of notice period.
   
   
7. Selected candidates will join duty immediately or the date indicated in the offer of appointment/engagement likely to be issued, failing which the offer letter will be treated as canceled.
   
   
8. Part Time/Full time /Specialist8Super Specialist has to wear his/her own white coat with name badge during the duty hours.
   
   
9. Candidates are requested to bring their original certificates in evidence of age proof (Date of Birth) educational qualification, Medical Council registration of the State/MCI, experience certificates along with one set of self attested Xerox copies with 2 passport size recent color photographs for appearing in the walk-in-interview without fail.
   
   

Interview Timings: 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM.

Documents to be submitted:

1. Two Passport size Photographs.
   
   
2. Two Sets of of the following testimonials along with the originals for verification: a) Proof of Date of Birth b) SSLC/Matriculation Certificate or equivalent c) Certificate of Qualification d) Certificate of registration with concerned Medical Council e) Caste Certificate f) Experience Certificate
   
   

Note: Selected candidates have to report for duty immediately or the date mentioned in offer letter, failing which it will be presumed that they are not interested in joining and their appointment will be deemed to be considered as cancelled without any correspondence in this regard.

Terms and Conditions:

The contractual engagement will be for a period of one year which may be extended upto another two years on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and requirement or till the post are filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the walk-in-interview The DEAN reserves the right to fill up the vacancy/Post. The DEAN reserves the right to alter the date or cancel the interview. Selected candidates will have to deposit security amount of Rs.10,000/-in the form of Demand Draft, in favour of ESI Fund Account No.1 payable at Chennai. Part time Homeopathy physician has to wear his/her own white coat with name badge during the duty hours. The Selected candidates shall have to submit an agreement incorporating the terms and conditions of appointment on a Rs.100/- stamp paper in the format provided by the office. Hostel Accommodation/quarters will not be provided.
