WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR APPOINTMENT OF PROJECT ASSISTANTS ( PURCHASE & STORES) ON SHORT TERM CONTRACT BASIS ON 11TH MARCH 2017.

National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research Institute is looking for appointment of Project Assistants (Purchase & Stores) on Short term contract. The contract will be initially for a period of Six (6) months only and may be extended upto maximum of One (1) year

I. Project Assistant (Purchase): 5 positions

Qualification & Experience:

1 Graduate (preferably in Commerce) with minimum of 50% of marks.

2. Minimum of One (1) Four (4) years of experience in any Institution/ Organisation of repute specially in Purchase Section

3. Candidates should have good typing skills on computers and latest office application software.

Desirable:

1. The candidate should be able to handle purchases (local & foreign), Import & Exports etc independently and should be able to work on online procurement system.

Age Below 28 years. (as on 1.1.2017)

Consolidated Salary : Rs. 21,000/- or Rs. 26500/- if the candidate is having more than 5 years experience.

II Project Assistant (Stores): 4 positions

Qualification & Experience:

1 Graduate (preferably in Commerce) with minimum of 50% of marks.

2. Minimum of One (1) Four (4) years of experience in any Institution/ Organisation of repute specially in Stores Section

3. Candidates should have good typing skills and use of computers and latest office application software.

Desirable:

1. The candidate should be able to handle stores functions independently and should be familiar with Stores procedure of an Academic institution and should able to work on online procurement system.

Age Below 28 years. (as on 1.1.2017)

Consolidated Salary : Rs. 21,000/- or Rs. 26500/- if the candidate is having more than 5 years experience.

The selected candidates will be required to join immediately. Interested candidates may attend Written test & Skill test at NCBS/TIFR, GKVK PO, Bellary Road, Bangalore between 9.00 and 11.00 am on Saturday 11th March, 2017 along with typed applications on plain paper in the following format with true copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials in support of their qualifications, experience etc.
