FIRST NCA NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited online only by One Time Registration system from qualified candidates belonging to reservation group of Viswakarma Community in the State of Kerala for selection to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service. Candidates who have AADHAAR should add AADHAAR as ID proof in their Profile

The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for the above community but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 07.10.2015 (Category No. 444/2011) for the post.

5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment(Only from candidates belonging to Viswakarma community). Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than Viswakarma will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

6 Age limit : 19-31 Only candidates born between 2.1.1987 and 1.1.1999 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (This includes the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions)

7. Qualifications:

a) Educational :-A Degree in Zoology or Botany or Forestry or Veterinary Science from a University, Institution or Deemed University recognized by Government of India or Government of Kerala .

Note: -(1) Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.

b) Physical Qualification i)Male candidates must not be less than 168cm in height and 81cm round the chest and must have a chest expansion of 5cm on full inspiration.

ii) Male candidates must qualify any of the five events out of the eight specified for men in the National Physical Efficiency One star Standard Test shown as below.

v). All candidates must possess medical standards shown as below:-

2. Eye - Must be Certified to possess visual standards specified below
without glasses.
(a) Distant vision 6/6 snellen
(b) Near vision 0.5 snellen
(c) Colour vision - Normal
(d)Night blindness - Nil
  1. Muscles and Joints -No paralysis and all joints with free movements

  2. Nervous system -Perfectly normal, free from any infectious diseases

8.Training:-Wild life Assistant Grade-II appointed by direct recruitment shall undergo training in any of the forest Training Schools or institutions recognized by the Government for a period not less than one year followed by field training for one year as prescribed by Principal Chief Conservator of forests.

(i)
During the period of training in the Forest Training school as well as in the Forest Department, trainees shall be paid with Basic pay and other admissible allowances.
(ii)
The cost of training including Travelling allowances at the rate admissible to them for journeys and tours performed by them in connection with the training shall be borne by the Government.

(iii) The period of training in the Forest Training school or institution recognized by Government and field training in the forest Department shall be counted for leave and pension.

(iv) Those who do not complete successful training during the probation period will be terminated or discharged from service.

Note:-1) The Physical measurement of candidates will be taken at the time of Physical efficiency test . If accidents or injuries happen to a candidate, while participating in the Physical Efficiency Test, he/she will not be given further chance to participate in the test.

2) Medical Certificate obtained from a Medical officer under the government not
below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon should be produced at the time of
Physical Efficiency Test.
3) Physically Handicapped persons are not eligible to apply for this post.

9. Mode of sending application:

Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and password. Candidates must click on the Apply Now button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. The Photograph uploaded should be one taken on or after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link Registration Card in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, Experience, Community, age etc have to be produced as and when called for.

  1. Last date for receipt of applications:24/10/2018 Wednesday upto 12.00 midnight

  2. If Written Test/OMR Test is conducted as a part of the selection Admission Tickets for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calender. Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the examination.
