SECOND NCA NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited Online only from qualified candidates of Muslim community of Kerala State against NCA vacancies for selection to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government service. Before applying for the post the candidate shall register as per One Time Registration Scheme through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission.

The above vacancy are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancy earmarked for Muslim community, but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 10.11.2016 for Lecturer in Dance (Kerala natanam) (Category No: 549/2014), Gazette dated 20.17.2014 . This is the second NCA notification for the post owing to non availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above community as per the first NCA Notification (Gazette Date 28.06.2017, Category No. 234/2017).

5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Muslim community only)

Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than the above mentioned community will summarily be rejected. Individual communication regarding rejection of their application will not be issued.

6. Age limit : 22 39 only candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.1996 (both dates are included) are only eligible to apply for the post .

7. Qualifications:- I or II class Masters Degree in Dance (Kerala Natanam) or its equivalent from any statutory university/ University and Deemed Universities recognized by the UGC.

Note:

1) Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.

2) Candidates who are Ph.D holders require only 50% marks for the Masters'

Degree if they have acquired it prior to 19th September, 1991.

3) For the post of Lecturer, when qualifications are equal, preference shall be given to those who have studied Malayalam as one of the languages either at Degree level or Post Graduate Level.

8) Mode of submitting Application:

a) Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION system on the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for the post. The Photograph uploaded should be the one taken after 31.12.2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link Registration Card in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The applications will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, Experience, Community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for.

b) If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission

Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time

Registration and the date of downloading will be included in thexaminationCalendar.

Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates

who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the

examination.

C) Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proof in their profile.
