Salary & other benefits

Level: 1; Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 18,000; Starting CTC (p.a.): Rs. 2.63 l.p.a. (inclusive of current DA at Central Government rate & CPF @ 12% on Basic Pay & Dearness Allowance).

Other benefits such as Reimbursement @ 90% of Medical Expenses / ESIC (as applicable), LTC, Reimbursement of Childrens School Fees up to class XII, Gratuity, Pension under EPS 1995 (as applicable), Leave, will be admissible as per institute norms.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in an office setting in an educational institute will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Should have sound knowledge of and hands-on experience with computers especially MS-Office. Should possess good command over English. Should have good communication skills.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handling work related to transcript, grade sheet / degree preparation and printing originals and copies.

Grade submission related work.

Preparing notes for approvals of various types.

Keeping record of files for Examination Committee meetings and routine document work.

Collection of papers and submission of documents to other departments such as purchase, stores, finance, etc.

Taking care of AUGSD office work.
