Experience: Total experience 8-10 years, at least 5 years in financial services (specifically in Retail Assets with a minimum of 3 years handling a team).The area of operation is Sourcing retail asset clients for secured and unsecured loans. Should have worked extensively in the location applied for.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Place of Posting: Chennai, Mumbai
Job Profile: As Sales Head for Retail Assets, the candidate is expected to lead the sales team to meet targets. Candidate will also be required to drive conversions through the banks branch network and any external agencies appointed for this task.
Job Responsibility: Sourcing new retail asset clients, reaching the set targets both for value as well as quality, recruitment of team members, staying the within allotted budgets.
