Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the Position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) or Senior Research Fellow (SRF) on purely temporary and coterminous basis to work in CSIR sponsored research project entitled Numerical Study Of Convection Flows In Bounded Regions Under An Imposed Inclined Magnetic Field under the supervision of Dr. Kaladhar Kolla, Principal Investigator & Assistant Professor in Department of Mathematics. Essential Educational Qualifications	Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc., in Applied Mathematics/Mathematics with First Class (60% marks or equivalent grade) and passing of NET/GATE test.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF): M.Sc., in Applied Mathematics/Mathematics with First Class (60% marks or equivalent grade) with atleast two years of post M.Sc., Research/Teaching Experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals and passing of NET/GATE test.
Desirable Qualifications	Score in NET/GATE Exam in past 5 years
Emoluments	As per CSIR norms: JRF: First Two Years Rs. 12,000 / Month + HRA Third Year Rs. 14,000 / Month + HRA SRF: For Three Years Rs. 14,000 / Month + HRA
Duration	3 Years
Age Limit	Should be below the age of 28 years at the time of appointment (JRF) and the age of 32 years at the time of appointment (SRF)
Upper Age Limit	The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/women and physically handicapped candidates.

General Information

The project fellow position is purely temporary and coterminous with the project

The selected candidate will be offered the position initially for one year and extension for the subsequent years of the project will be based on satisfactory annual performance of the candidate.

The Principal Investigator of the project will evaluate the annual performance of the selected candidate.

The selected candidate may enroll for Ph.D Degree Program in the Department of Mathematics at NITPy after clearing the institutional admission procedure .

Highly motivated candidates can attend the selection process and the interview with details of educational qualifications along with percentage of marks obtained with copies of supporting documents and experience with 5 copies of latest passport size photo.

Also the original documents of Age Proof/Certificates of GATE/NET/Degree (UG&PG) and other testimonials must be produced at the time of interview.

No Objection Certificate from the employer (if employed).

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
