2. The age limit, Educational qualification & Phvsical standard required in respect of the candidates to become eligible to submit applications are given below :_ a) Age-

Lower age limit shall be 18 years and Upper age limit shall be 40 years as on 01-03-2017. Age relaxation by 5(five) yearsisadmissible incaseofSC/STcandidates. b) Educational Qualification required:

Matriculation or equivalent standard. And the candidates should possess good physique and sound health and should be fit for Forestry Field works, c) Physical Standard:

The candidates should be medically fit for arduous nature of field works. Thecandidates will have to cover a distance of 25 kms & 16 Kms within 4(four) hours in the walking test in case of men & women respectively. Since it is a forestry field post physically handicapped persons will not be eligible, The selected candidates shall be required to

undergo Police Training (Arms Training also).

1. The aspiring candidates should submit applications in appended Format (Appendix-A) in the Concerned Offices as detailed in this advertisement & also obtain a token of acknowledgement. The application format is also available in the Forest Department's website www.(oresttripura.qov.in.

The Selection of the candidates would be made as per Revised General Employment Guidelines for selection df candidates by open interview for Group-C posts to be filled up by direct recruitment issued vide No,F,23(8)-GA(P&T)/14 dated-23-07-2016 of GA(P&T)Department, Government ofTripura.

8. Terms & Conditions:-a. The vacancies as mentioned above are subject to Increase/ decrease, b. No separate/individual Call Letter will be issued, c. The process of interview may be cancelled. or stopped by the Department without citing any reason, d. Date, time and venue of the interview may be changed jNith prior intimation,

e. The Selection made by the Selection Committee at District level will be consolidated by the Statelevel Selection Board for preparing the panel as per merit. The decision of the State level Interview Board wiil be final for selection of candidates, f. No candidate will be considered for interview beyond the scheduled date, g, No TA/PA will be admissible for appearing before the Interview Board, h.
