Applications invited from Indian Citizens on prescribed format for filling up of the post of Medical Physicist on regular basis.

Note:

1. Upper age limit shall be counted on the last date of submission of application.

2. The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualification till the last date of submission of application.

3. Prescribed proforma for application is available as Annexure-I

4. Last date for receipt of application is 22.07.2017 (05:00PM)

Application Procedure:

I. Prescribed format of application is available as Annexure-I to this notification and will be available on the website of the institute. www.aiimspatna.org . Last date for receipt of application complete in all aspect is 22/07/2017(05:00 PM)

II. Self-attested copies of certificates to be attached with application, in the sequence of- Bank Draft of application fee (if applicable), Date of Birth certificate, Degree Certificate(s), Experience Certificate(S)

III. Duly filled up application along with abovementioned certificates should reach to The Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Phulwarisharif, Patna (Bihar), PIN- 801507, through Speed Post/Registered Post ONLY. Last date of receiving application is 22/07/2017(5.00PM). While sending the application, the envelope should be superscribed: Application for the post of Medical Physicist.

IV. Candidates working in Govt. / Semi-Govt. / PSU should apply through proper channel only. The in-services candidates will not be permitted to attend the interview without No Objection Certificate from their present employer.

V. Director AIIMS, Patna reserves the right to cancel advertisement at any point of time without assigning any reason depending upon the Institutional requirement at the time.

Application Fees (Non-refundable):

I. General / OBC Category: Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/ (One thousand only) in favour of AIIMS Patna, Payable at Patna.

II. SC/ST, OPH and women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Selection Procedure:

I. Interviews for selection to the advertised posts will be held shortly. Date of interview will be displayed in the due course on the institutes website: www.aiimspatna.org . (Interview will be held at PATNA only)

II. Incomplete application and application received after the last date will be summarily rejected and no further communication in this regard will be entertained.

III. While every possible attempts will be made to communicate the interview date through e-mail and/or post. AIIMS Patna shall however not be responsible for non-receipt of such communication due to postal delay / non-receipt of email.

IV. Candidates are advised to check the website and/or e-mail regularly.

V. It is mandatory to provide functioning e-mail ID and mobile number in the application form, that are in regular use.
