Details of qualification: Scientists (01 Position): Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Physics /M.Tech in VLSI Design & Micro Electronics Technology. Desirable: At least 3 years experience in semi-conductor devices fabrication and characterization. Fellowship: Rs. 48,000/-per month. (Consolidated) Duration: Six months or till the end of the project.
