Qualification

Essential: Candidate should have first class in M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (In case class is not mentioned in the degree, 60 % or 7.0 CGPA will be considered as first class).

Desirable: Candidates who have qualified GATE/NET and/or have one year of working experience are preferable.

Expertise: Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Frameworks such as Map Reduce Programming, HDFS, Spark and knowledge of JAVA/PYTHON programming.

Age

The upper age limit is 35 years at the time of appointment.

Fellowship

As per revised DST (SERB) Rules: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated) for initial two years, Rs. 30,000/- per month (Consolidated) for third year.

Nature and duration of post

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The maximum duration is of three years. The PI and Institute reserves the right to terminate the engagement of the JRF at any time, if the performance is not satisfactory.
