Applications are invited for the post of Data Entry Operator in the NUSSD project.

Locations: Jodhpur

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs. 10000 12000 per month (Consolidated)

Job Profile:

The Data Entry Operator will assist the Programme Manager in their assigned city in the following:

1. Ensure that Programme Officers and Trainers Record daily attendance of students and trainers
   
   
2. Record student and trainer feedback regularly
   
   
3. Record payments to Trainers, Vendors, Consultants and Salary payments to NUSSD Team in the respective city / State.
   
   
4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the above for submission to the Programme Manager from time to time for review.
   
   
5. Ensure that all stakeholders update the Google Drive in a timely manner.
   
   

Professional Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or Science

Technical Skills: Applicant must be proficient in MS Office Suite, mainly Word and

Excel, as also cloud-based solutions like Google Drive.

Other requirements:

1. Good writing and editing skills
   
   
2. Ability to work within short deadlines
   
   
3. Good documentation skills to prepare reports, proposals, plans etc. for stakeholders at all levels
   
   
4. Good presentation & communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written communication. Knowledge of regional language is preferable.
   
   
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with stakeholders
