Indian Institute of Management Bangalore invites applications for the position of Academic intern at the N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL). NSRCEL is a leading center of Entrepreneurship in India and provides hands on support to entrepreneurs through its mentoring and incubation programmes. We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelors/Master degree, good academic credentials and a long-term interest in teaching and research. The position involves providing teaching assistance for Masters level courses in Entrepreneurship such as Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurship in Action, Corporate Entrepreneurship etc. and also ad-hoc programs for entrepreneurs offered by the center.

Interns would also get a chance to assist the Centres faculty in ongoing research projects and to get research exposure across a wide range of fields related to entrepreneurship.

Other activities would arise from time to time that would span academic administration of conferences, and supporting routine center-wide activities. Multi-tasking across project, teaching and administrative profiles would be important.

Qualifications: Prospective applicants must have a strong background- a Bachelors degree in engineering or a Masters Degree in Pure Sciences, Engineering, and Economics, Humanities or other Social Science disciplines.

Stipend: An all-inclusive monthly stipend in the range of Rs.20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) per month plus an additional house rent allowance of Rs.5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) per month based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant.

Duration of the Assignment: Initially for a period of one year and extendable up to 03 years.
