Temporary Positions Part time Field Work Supervisors for MA Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling)

Posts: Applications are invited for 1 positions of Part-time Field Work Supervisors to supervise MA Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling) students for supervising Psychological Testing and fieldwork in various settings including schools, NGOs, and hospitals.

Duration of the Post: Part-Time Post 9 months from 15th June, 2018 to 15th March, 2019 (1 POSTS)

Requirement of the Post: Master's in Counselling and Guidance, Master's in Psychology with Clinical or Counselling Psychology specialization. Candidates with M.Phil, Ph.D, and/or work experience in the field will be given preference. Candidates will be required to be based in Mumbai for the duration of the post and knowledge about traveling in Mumbai will be preferred.

Remuneration: Part-Time Post Salary will be finalize considering the work experience of the candidate.

Job Description: Supervising students placed in varied settings including schools, NGOs, and hospitals. Role also involves supervising the students Psychological Testing practice following proper guidelines and norms required of Psychological Testing and of the particular test in question. The job requires liasoning with the hospitals, agencies or schools (in Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai) to facilitate student counselling and clinical work (individual or group), preventive/psycho-education sessions, checking weekly plans and field work reports (and psychological assessment reports) of the students and having weekly individual and group supervision sessions which will take place at the School of Human Ecology offices in the New Campus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences. This job requires traveling across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

The part-time post requires 3 full days of work in a week (8 hours)
