PROGRAMME COORDINATOR (ONE POSITION)

Qualification & Experience: The candidate must have a post graduate degree in Social Sciences and preferably 1 year work experience at civil society organization(s) working on issues of social audit. They need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team of stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: The programme coordinator is expected to support the programme manager and faculty team in the implementation of the certificate course and communicate with a range of stakeholders at the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India (New Delhi), National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayat Raj (Telangana), State Social Audit Units, State Institutes of Rural Development and Civil Society Organizations. The job requires collation of large volumes of curriculum evaluation and monitoring data, and administrative work. Extensive travel on short notice is also required to match state level training calendars.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 -50,000/-(including HRA) based on experience. The position is contractual for the duration of 5 months starting February, 2018.

PROGRAMME OFFICER (ONE POSITION)

Qualification & Experience: The candidate must have a post graduate degree in Social Sciences. Relevant field experience will be an asset. They need to have excellent data organising and processing, as well as communication skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: The programme officer is expected to support the programme manager, programme coordinator, and faculty team in the implementation of the certificate course and communicate with a range of stakeholders. The job requires collation of large volumes of curriculum evaluation and monitoring data, and administrative work. Extensive travel on short notice is also required to match state level training calendars.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 25,000/-to 30,000/-(including HRA) based on experience. The position is contractual for the duration of 5 months starting February, 2018.

Other Conditions:

The Institute reserves the right to not fill up the vacancy advertised. The Institute reserves the right to invite persons for interview who may not have applied for the vacancy as per the above procedure.
