Vacancies for the post of Research Investigator (RI) and Research Assistant (RA), Research Officer (RO), Project Officer (PO) and Administrative Assistant (AA).

Applications are invited from hardworking, motivated and highly committed candidates for the post of Research Investigator (RI), Research Assistant (RA), Research Officer (RO), Project Officer (PO) and Administrative Assistance (AA) for a research study to be carried out in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. It is funded by Tribal Development Department (TDD), Government of Maharashtra. It involves extensive field work Household survey, intensive interaction with key community leaders, key informants and Government Officials at village, taluka and district level across nine districts in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.

Research Investigator

Graduation in any discipline (with preferably one year experience of data collection/field work). Preference will be given to the candidates who have studied Social Anthropology/Sociology/History/Economics/ Political Science at their Graduation or have BSW/MSW degree from reputed Institute/ University.

Candidate particularly having experience of working on issues of Castes & Tribes in Maharashtra with knowledge of English and Marathi language will be give preference.

Up to Rs. 20,000/- per month

Research Assistant

Post-Graduation in Sociology/History/Economics/Political Science/MSW. Candidates must have at least two years research experience of data collection/monitoring of field work, report writing, documentation etc.

Candidate particularly having one year experience of working on issues of Castes & Tribes in Maharashtra with knowledge of English and Marathi language will be give preference.

Up to Rs. 25,000/-per month

Research Officer

Post-Graduation and preferably M. Phil/Ph.D in Sociology/History/Economics/Political Science/Social Work.

Candidates must have at least two-three years research experience of data collection/ monitoring of field work, report writing,
