Advertisement Require Full Time Research Officer for project at School of Habitat Studies

Position: One full time Research officer is required to work on a project titled, Real Estate in Pune. It is being anchored at the Centre for Urban Policy and Governance, School of Habitat Studies, TISS, Mumbai. The study will be exploratory in nature and will examine the current real estate activity in Pune.

Essential Qualification:

Masters degree in Urban Studies or Economics or related social science discipline with research experience. Fluency in English and Hindi is must. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable. Knowledge of QGIS, STATA and Excel are a must.

Nature of work:

1. Desk research along with limited travel
   
   
2. Organise workshops and seminars
   
   
3. Authoring/co-authoring research reports
   
   
4. Any administrative work related to the Centre as requested
   
   

Salary: Consolidated Rs. 35,000 per month. The post is for a period of one year. Application Process:
