Temporary Positions Field Work Supervisors for M.A. Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling) and M.Phil in Applied Psychology(Clinical and Counseling Practice)

Posts: Applications are invited for 1 positions of Part-time Field Work Supervisors to supervise M.A .Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling) and 1 position of Full-time Field Work Supervisor to supervise M.Phil in Applied Psychology(Clinical and Counseling Practice) students at various Hospitals.

Duration of the Posts:

Full-time Post -9 months from 10^th,August, 2018 to 30th April, 2019 (1 POST) Part-Time Post 8 months from 10^th,August,2018 to 15th March, 2019(1 POST)

Requirement of the Part time Post: Master's in Counselling and Guidance, Master's in Psychology with Clinical or Counselling Psychology specialization. Candidates with M.Phil, Ph.D, and/or work experience in the field will be given preference. Candidates will be required to be based in Mumbai for the duration of the post and knowledge about traveling in Mumbai will be preferred.

Requirement of the Full time Post:Minimum qualification required is M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from RCI recognized University. Ph.D and years of work experience in the field will be given preference. Candidates will be required to be based in Mumbai for the duration of the post and knowledge about traveling in Mumbai will be preferred.

Remuneration: Part-Time Post Salary will be finalize considering the educational qualification and work experience of the candidate. Candidates will be paid between Rs. 15,500 -Rs. 19,000 (taxes will be cut at source)

Full-Time Post Salary will be finalize considering the educational qualification and work experience of the candidate. Candidate will be paid between Rs. 38,000 -Rs.42,000 (taxes will be cut at source)

Job Description: Supervising students placed in varied settings including schools, NGOs, and hospitals. Role also involves supervising the students Psychological Testing practice following proper guidelines and norms required of Psychological Testing and of the particular test in question. The job requires liasoning with the agencies or schools (in Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai) to facilitate student counselling work (individual or group), preventive/psycho-education sessions, checking weekly plans and field work reports (and psychological assessment reports) of the students and having weekly individual and group supervision sessions which will take place at the School of Human Ecology offices in the New Campus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences. This job requires traveling across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

The Full-time post requires 6 full days of work in a week (8 hours) The Part-time post requires 3 full days of work in a week (8 hours)
