Applications are invited in the prescribed format with complete curriculum vitae for the post of Project Assistant (Temporary) in a DST-SERB-EEQ sponsored project entitled Exploring the New Possibilities and Chemistry of Organic and Organometallic Functionalised Nanomaterials at the Department of Chemistry, School of Basic and Applied Sciences, Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN), Thiruvarur.

M.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. in Organic/Inorganic/Physical Chemistry with consistent good academic record. |

Candidates with hands on experience in synthetic chemistry and material characterization techniques. |

Must not be over 28 years as on 20/07/2017 (relaxable for SC/ST/PH/OBC/Women candidates as per Govt. of India rules) |

Note:
- 1. The candidates should bring the following documents at the time of interview:
- (a) Filled in application in the format attached, detailed curriculum vitae (CV) along with valid identity card and passport size photograph.
- (b) Original and attested photocopies of all documents, certificates, degrees and mark sheets (10th class onwards).
- 2. The appointment will be on a purely temporary basis and co-terminus with the project.
- 3. Candidate selected based on performance shall be encouraged to register for PhD as per CUTN norms. However, no special preference will be given.
- 4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
