Qualification

For JRF: M. Sc. in Mathematics or equivalent degree with first class and passing NET/GATE test. For SRF: M.Sc. in Mathematics or equivalent degree and at least 2 years of post-M.Sc., research/teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals or equivalent degree in Mathematics. For RA: Ph.D. in Mathematics or equivalent or 3 years of research/teaching experience after M. Sc. or equivalent degree in Mathematics.

Age

The upper age limit is 28 years for JRF, 32 years for SRF, 35 years for RA on the last date of filing the application (Age relaxation for SC/ST/PH/OBC as per GOI rules).

Nature and duration of post

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Last date of receiving applications in the department

On or before July 25th, 2017

The date of interview will be confirmed later. Candidature will not be considered in absentia. No TA/DA would be paid to the candidates if called for interview.
