The Under Secretary(Pers-II), MHA, vide their UO No. I-21022/1/2018/Pers-II dated 03/08/2018 has requested to forward nomination of eligible and willing candidates to fill up vacancies in the rank of Inspector in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on deputation basis. Hence, eligible Insp/GD may submit their willingness for deputation to NHRC as per details given through their Unit Commandant/HOO;-

01 Inspector 05 By transfer on deputation/transfer of officers :(a) (i) Inspector/Working in similar or equivalent grade; or (ii) Sub-Inspectors with 5 years regular service as Sub Inspector; or (b) Possessing at least 5 years experience in vigilance or investigation or intelligence work.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

NOTE;-Eligibility condition mentioned above is suggestive. Unit Commandant/HOO will scrutinize service particulars (i.e 10 years mandatory service, APAR grading not below Good during last five years, no major punishment during entire service, 2 years MFS completed in present rank, cooling off period) and other conditions as mentioned in Standing Order 05/2015 & Instruction on deputation at their end.
