U/C (.) Filling up of the post of Deputy Director of Enforcement in the Directorate of Enforcement on deputation basis (.) MoF, Department of Revenue vide their O.M. No. A-35011/3/2016.Ad.ED dated 25/05/2018 has invited nomination of willing and eligible officers for filling up 61 posts of Deputy Director on deputation basis (.) Details of the post and vacancies and eligibility conditions are as under :

| 5) | Eligibility Criteria | Officers of all Indian Services or Central Services including State Government, State Police Organisations or Central Bureau of Investigation or Reserve Bank of India or Public Sector Banks: |
| A) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or (ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 930024800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-(Prerevised) or Pay Band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-(Pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and B) (i) Possessing experience of at least five years in the field of Legal work, Intelligence, Investigation work and Adjudication or prosecution relating to fiscal or criminal laws or; (ii) possessing investigative experience of at least five years in Banking or Account or Audit. | ||
| 6 | The pay and allowances and other terms will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Trainings OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt(Pay-II) dated 17/06/2010 as amended from time to time. | |
Besides, the officers working in Directorate of Enforcement at level of Deputy Director are currently entitled for Special Incentive Allowances @ 20% of Basic Pay

Reqst fwd nominations of willing and eligible officers in the rank of DC/AC in the prescribed format attached to the O.M dated 25/05/2018 duly downloaded from the website of the MoF, Department of Revenue-https://dor.gov.in and Directorate of Enforcement -www. enforcementdirectorate.gov.in so as to reach this Dte by 15/08/2018 positively (.) If nominations are not recd. by target date, nil report will be presumed (.) It may be ensured that nominated officers meet all the requirements of the post applied for (.) Para (. ) Preference may be given to the officers who have served in hard area i.e. LWE/J&K and NE Region at least 03 years (.) It may also be ensured that nominated officers must be free from vigilance angle and fulfills the eligibility conditions as laid down in deputation policy framed by MHA dated 22/11/2016 /////
